Andreas Dvorak has 25 years of successful management experience in business and administration. For 15 years, he led various social service agencies, working closely with political bodies and, on an interdisciplinary basis, with other municipal sectors. He was also responsible for the design and implementation of many new projects and the expansion of various services. He has consulted for organizations, groups and individuals for many years, assisting them with issues pertaining to daily business as well as issues pertaining to of daily practice aswell as problems of policy planning and implementation. He lectures and teaches regularly in the areas of his special expertise, i.e. social management, social planning, social policy, social work, organizational theory, leadership, management and controlling, human resources and finance in public and non-profit organizations.

  • 15 years of social services management (social assistance, guardianship, asylum, integration, work and employment, youth, school social work)
  • 9 years in the field of graphic design, 5 years thereof in management positions
  • 25 years of organizational consulting, full-time since 2006
  • Other activities: professor of social work with responsibility for practical training at Bern University of Applied Sciences, speaker and writer, instructor, night duty with the Bern University Psychiatric Services - UPD, hospital social worker, socio-educational employee and group leader, youth worker.
