Regula Ruflin, 1971

Regula Ruflin has a background in political science, social work and special education. She has extensive professional experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors. She has managed a wide range of projects and successfully developed new business activities. In addition, she was involved in a number of research projects. For many years she has been active as an instructor in education and advanced training, particularly in the fields of quality management / results orientation, project management, public management and social work.

In addition to numerous reports written on a contract basis, Regula Ruflin publishes regularly on various topics. Her Master’s thesis "Quality Management in Social Work: The UK and Switzerland in comparison" was awarded the 1999 Seghezzi-recognition award.
