Cyrielle Champion studied Sociology at the University of Lausanne and received her doctorate at the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration IDHEAP. She also has a Federal Diploma in Social Security. Due to her professional experience at various universities in French- and German-speaking Switzerland and in the Federal Administration, she has practical and cross-sectoral knowledge of social policy, disability and public management. She also has a good understanding of various areas of social security in terms of planning, organisation and implementation. As a research assistant and lecturer, she has participated in numerous evaluations of cantonal and federal programmes and has regularly given lectures on training and development courses.
