Manuela Spiess studied and earned her doctorate in Psychology at the Universities of Basel and Bern. She imparted her extensive knowledge of human behaviour, thought, and feeling as a lecturer at the University of Berne. As Assistant she also supervised various empirical dissertations professionally, conceptually, and methodologically.
She developed her skills in statistics during several years of research. She also is the author and co-author of various publications in national and international journals on topics of developmental psychology. She has professional experience in Project Management (PM) and Change Management (CM) in the field of market research, conceptually and analytically realizing qualitative as well as quantitative studies. She also has practical experience in the diagnostics of educational psychology as well as in the field of executive management selection and assessment.
