As a political scientist, social worker and special needs educator, Regula Ruflin has extensive professional experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She has managed a wide range of projects and successfully developed new business activities. She has also been involved in a number of research projects. Regula Ruflin has served as an instructor for basic and advanced training for numerous years, primarily in the fields of quality management/results orientation, project management, public management and social work. Regula Ruflin is Associate Fellow for Nonprofit Management at the Institute for Systemic Management and Public Governance, University of St. Gallen.
